Envisalink disconnects/reconnects

Just wondering if anyone still experiences a disconnect and reconnect using the Honeywell panel and Envisalink. I tried this integration a few years ago and had the same problem. It connects fine, but within a couple hours or so, it will disconnect then immediately reconnect again. Have also used the same Envisalink on other smart home systems and haven’t had this problem. If anyone can share their insights and what they did to fix it, I’d appreciate it.
