Envisalink evl-4 & Honeywell 20P, alarm trigger service

I have the Envisalink EVL-4 and a Honeywell 20P panel. I can run all of the services successfully from my Home Assistant except the alarm trigger service.

Have read all of the other post regarding problems with the alarm trigger service and none of them have shed any light on resolving the issue.

I am sure that it is something simple and some other users with the same setup have had success. There are numerous posts with a similar problem but no resolution with the Honeywell panel.
Suggestions appreciated

Still trying to work through this. Any clues or how to go about debugging would be appreciated. There is a step that I must be missing.
