Envisalink - Password incorrect

Home Assistant v0.94.1 running in Docker container on Synology NAS
Honeywell Vista 20P
Envisalink 4

Config file:
envisalink:
host: 192.x.x.x
panel_type: HONEYWELL
user_name: xxxxx
password: xxxx
code: ‘xxxx’
port: 4025
evl_version: 4
keepalive_interval: 60
zonedump_interval: 30
timeout: 10

My problem is when HA starts the log file shows password problem. Here’s the log file entries.
2019-06-11 10:53:46 ERROR (MainThread) [pyenvisalink.envisalink_base_client] Password is incorrect. Server is closing socket connection.
2019-06-11 10:53:46 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.envisalink] The Envisalink rejected your credentials
2019-06-11 10:53:47 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Setup failed for envisalink: Component failed to initialize.

Also after starting I get the following from the dashboard:

But doing a Configuration validation shows ‘Configuration valid!’

I’ve modified and verified my password is good. I’ve also set a password to 4 lowercase characters but it still does not work in HA.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I’m having the exact same problem. My error log is below. I logged in to my EyezON.com account without any issues and checked my username and password multiple times.

Any help would be appreciated.

2019-06-19 10:46:18 ERROR (MainThread) [pyenvisalink.envisalink_base_client] Password is incorrect. Server is closing socket connection.
2019-06-19 10:46:18 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.envisalink] The Envisalink rejected your credentials
2019-06-19 10:46:18 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.setup] Setup failed for envisalink: Component failed to initialize.
2019-06-19 11:46:17 ERROR (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.updater] Got unexpected response: None

Figured it out. The username and password are the ones you use to login to the Envisalink directly, not your EyezON.com account.

Thanks @mattveldhuis. Your solution worked.

Hi,

I am having the exact same problem. I do not know where I would find my Envisalink login credentials. Could you help give further guidance?

Thank you!

Figured it out. Login credentials for Envisalink directly - not eyezon account. Default is user/user

Thanks for that! Like a lot of guys here, I was beating my head against the wall trying to find out what my problem was with the log in to EYEZON.

Good thing I left the Envisalink device at its default. Ha.
