Error 500 Server, unable to install addons

Hello, I tried to install addons in my new Home Assistant System under Raspbery Pi3. But I have this error:

Can’t install homeassistant/aarch64-addon-configurator:5.6.0: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.42/images/create?tag=5.6.0&fromImage=homeassistant%2Faarch64-addon-configurator&platform= linux%2Farm64: Internal Server Error (“Get “https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/”: net/http: TLS handshake timeout”)

Thanks in advance

Hi @adrchd,

I don’t know why you never got a response. I have the same issues. Today I am trying to install Studio Code.

I have had similar problems with other add-ons, and in fact with the initial setup of HA.

I don’t know if my ISP is to blame but I have been finding that if I take my device to work connect it to their network, I can complete these tasks without error.

I don’t have any fancy firewall in my home, just a router in vanilla configuration. But it almost seems like HA uses some unusual protocols or ports and the download gets blocked by some firewall.
