I installed the app, it found the instance of HA but I can’t even get to the login screen. As soon as I select the instance i get.

Error Code: -6
Description:
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Not a lot to go by here. Can you login using a browser? On the same device

yes I can from a browser. Not from the HA app.

Ok, so you mean using a browser on your phone you can login to HA, however, when using the HA app in the same phone you get this error, is that correct?

Using the browser, look for the file ip_bans.yaml, make sure the your phone’s IP address is not listed (you can remove it if it is listed).

Have you tried updating Home Assistant and the app to the latest versions?

I have the same issue without web access. How can I fixed?
