ERROR IN CORE: no gap in horizontal stack card (based on where the title is used)

Here is a screenshot showing the error and then an error free workaround with a good gab an proper entities

This whole error is caused by a different behaviour which should not exist.
It is caused by the position where the title is used, where this screenshot shows the usage with a proper output and a gap if the title is used there

If it his here in the “third” title line then this issue marked yellow appears again

and it is caused by the title in the 3rd line not in the 2nd.
In my opinion both should work the same cause it also does not matter in those cases where I use the first title. First and second title lines are working properly, in the 3rd things go wrong and I have no gap anymore.

It took me quite a while to figure it out with different approaches like using different cards and what not. I do not know where to post such error here for HA cause I did not find a proper section on github or I missed it

I hope someone will fix it cause it cost me 3 hours to #1 find a workaround and #2 to get it fixed and get behind the roots.

thanks, I had searched for it but without a success.
I have fixed it for me when I got behind that it is caused by which title line I choose but it took at least 5 hours to fix it first with an additional line full of mark down cards and plain text and then to get behind the mysterious that it depends on which title you are using
