Error Installing version 12.0 RPi4 model B - no supervisor internet connection

Hi Dears
I am new member, in case please correct me if that topic already was solved.
After instalatting software via balenaEtcher version 12.0 (haos_rpi4-12.0.img) and set ipv4 addresses and reach homeassistant.local:8123 page but with several errors.
Probably I set wrong something, please show me the right way how to fix and geeting start page of HA.

You system cannot find an Internet connection and I assume it cannot access your router.

Regarding official pages “access home assistan” is needed write image to s SD card and then simply reach it by desktop ’ homeassistant.local:8123’.
I supposted that I don’t need router/internet for reach start page of HA, just connect HW RPi4 with laptop via calbe rj45 and thats it, or Am I incorrect?

You are right, I set my wireless via CLI command and then everethinkg was ok.
