Hi HA Community,
I would like to update the HA from 2024.10.3 to 2024.10.4
I get an error message Error updating Home Assistant Core: “HomeAssistantCore.update” blocked from executiion, no host internet connection. With putty I can ping 8.8.8.8, network connection is OK!
Is the problem due to the beta version or version incompatibility?

YOU can ping 8.8.8.8, but what about HA? Try that same ping from ssh terminal addon inside HA - perhaps (for some reason) HA doesn’t have internet access…
As a side question: is there any good reason why not update to latest version?
Hi Protonek, thanks! I did ping inside HA with putty sucessfully! Also the new update Home Assistant Core 2024.11.1 and Home Assistant Supervisor 2024.11.4 does not work!

the ping from HA to 8.8.8.8 was successful. But a different DNS was entered in the network settings! I have now changed it and it works!!!
