Error on ZHA <sl_Status.NETWORK_DOWN:22>

Hi Eveyrone,

Since the beginning of my Zigbee setup with ZHA, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue every 2 days. I get the following error message:

Échec de l'exécution de l'action switch/turn_on. Failed to send request: Failed to enqueue message: <sl_Status.NETWORK_DOWN: 22>

After this, I need to “Reload” the ZHA integration manually, and then it works fine again for a few days before the issue reappears.

Here’s my setup:

  • Integration: ZHA
  • Zigbee Coordinator: Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus
  • Home Assistant Version: 2024.12.5
  • Host System: Home Assistant on Proxmox on a BMAX-B2 Pro
  • Number of Zigbee Devices: 25 devices, mostly sensors (1 current sensor)

What I’ve tried so far:

  1. Reconnecting the Zigbee USB dongle.
  2. Restarting Home Assistant entirely.
  3. Checking for interference (Wi-Fi/Zigbee channel conflict).
  4. Ensuring the Zigbee dongle has good placement (away from interference).

The issue persists regardless of these actions…

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Do you have any tips on how to debug or resolve this?
