Error updating from HAOS 14.02 to 15.0 - CLI not starting

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with latest update of Home Assistant OS.
I use Home assistant cloud with Nabu Casa
My running version is 14.2
When I install 15.0 update I get this message:
Home Assistant CLI not starting. Jumping into emergency console as next image:

After trying to turn it off and restart several times, I managed to get back into Home Assistant. However, the update was not applied, and I still have version 14.2.

I tried updating again, but the same thing keeps happening
Does anyone know what might be happening? Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately I’m using an old PC:
HP Slime Desktop 260-A110NS
AMD Quad-Core A6-7310
Ram 8GB

One of the times I tried to update it, I left it running all night.
