Error Upgrading to 0.67.0

When I try to upgrade from 0.63.2 to 0.67.0 I get the following error:

launchpadlib 1.10.5 requires testresources, which is not installed.
appdaemon 3.0.0b5 has requirement aiohttp==2.3.10, but you'll have aiohttp 3.1.1 which is incompatible.
appdaemon 3.0.0b5 has requirement yarl==1.1.0, but you'll have yarl 1.1.1 which is incompatible.```

What could be causing the issue?

That is related to Pip 10. You can safely ignore those errors.
