When I try to update the host system via SSH, I get the following error:
hassio host update
Error decoding json invalid character ':' after top-level value: 404: Not Found
Current version: Hassio Resin OS 2.3.0+rev1
Any ideas?

Resinos is not supported any more. If you want to update you will have to move to hassos version of hassio
Not that it matters, even on HassOS the host update
doesn’t work in the cli.
Ok, but how to update to HassOS when the update function fails? New install? :-/
Use the Hass.io panel in Home Assistant, there’s an ‘update host system’ button in the system tab.
However, as far as I know, “Hassio Resin OS 2.3.0+rev1” is the latest version for ResinOS based Hassio.
The there’s simply no update available as I suspected.
Makes sense. But then, how to upgrade to HassOS?
I can not update hassos to the last release for Odroid C2 : I am currently in 2.3 and latest is 2.4.
hassio host update
No valid action detected.
In addition within home assistant => hassio => system => host system the button update is missing.
Thank you, I missed that. I will wait for next release. Have a nice day.
