Error while Text to Speak on Google Home Mini

Hi, I am getting following error while playing message from Home Assistant. Google Home Mini works properly as I am able to cast music from YouTube.

I am on version 0.117.6.

Error message from log file is

2020-11-18 00:48:23 ERROR (Thread-12) [homeassistant.components.cast.media_player] Failed to cast media http://192.168.0.191:8123/api/tts_proxy/abedc47a5ede3fab13390898c5160ec9afbb6ec3_en_-_google_translate.mp3 from tts.base_url (http://192.168.0.191:8123). Please make sure the URL is: Reachable from the cast device and either a publicly resolvable hostname or an IP address

Configuration for tts is

tts:
   platform: google_translate
   base_url: http://192.168.0.191:8123
