My HA is not accessible through the internet and can‘t access the internet at all.
Though, I want to be able to get weather information from the internet and it would also be nice to call an api and give the response to HA.(like a get call to chatgpt)

You can do REST calls in ESPHome via
and share the result to HA.
The reference to “get call to chatgpt” smells a bit like a shot in the dark, though 
So ha can’t access the internet, but esphome can ask chatgpt? That sounds a bit bonkers.
