I’ve been struggling to get my ESP32 board working and this is the result I see sofar. in visualisation of monitor I see:
but I see no appaerance of devices in bluetooth:
and I see ESPHome web is greyed-out.
Do I miss something here ?
or is this normal behavior and do have to add sensors manually to see them in home assistant ?
It depends on the devices.
A proxy is really just a proxy: It acts as an extension of the HA bluetooth to extend range.
Next is to add those devices to HA, whether by auto-discovery or manually, depending on the installed integration handling them, if any.

Can you confirm proxy is setup correctly from pictures ?
and that esp32dev in bluetooth is de-activated is right behavior ?
Your esp proxy is seeing loads of devices. Its just not seeing them as things it can present as new integrations
Probably not.
From your picture, it seems to still act as a proxy although the ESPHome device itself is disabled, but IDK the actual implications.
I would re-enable it unless you have a good reason to have it disabled…
I can not re-enable it, so thats why I’m not sure this is working properly and this is the cause devices are detected but not lead to new integration or sensors
