ESP32-C3, Waveshare or Seeed Studio

I want to switch from using the esp8266 D1-mini to the esp32-c3.
I tried the Super Mini but it’s got problems with the layout, (crystal too close to the WiFi antenna) and you have to reduce the transmit power.

So, I’m looking at the Waveshare ESP32 C3 Zero and the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C3.

Does anyone have a preference with one of these? I’m a hobbyist and build sensor/controllers for around the home and usually have PCBs made for my projects with KICAD and PCBWay.

Thanks for the replies. -phil

They are both good choices.
I prefer Xiao for the lipo battery connection, external antenna and canned chip.
On the other hand, sometimes that external antenna might be unwanted for the space needed and Waweshare also has few extra pins.
