Esp32 cam how is it possible to improve night vision with esphome firmware?
Can you define “improve”? What’s wrong with what you’re currently getting?
If I were to take a guess, the image is too dark and you’re not seeing much. If that’s the case, you’ll need more IR lights. These are able to be purchased as separate hardware (that does NOT connect to the esp)
I have already tried to insert IR lights but the image is always dark. Apparently the lenses for esp32 cam have a filter inside. I tried a firmware in the Arduino IDE examples with we server by adjusting some parameters but I don’t like it because it creates too much noise. I was wondering how you can improve night vision with esphome?
