I added ESP32 device in ESPHome universe for some simple binary sensors and was perplexed when after that in ESPHome devices I saw it suddenly as tasmota device with tasmota logo.
I immediately remembered that I used same esp board as tasmota project about year ago.
I used ESPHome web for this project as I always do and as far I understand it should completely erase everything but obviously does not do it always.
Now I have same device under ESPHome and Tasmota dashboard. Obviously I can simply erase unnessessary one from HA but it does not remove underlaying reason.
Here my question.
When in device are some(?) remnants fom Tasmota code, does it affect anything now, or maybe future updates? Should I ignore it?
