False alarm. COVID-19 ssid was on my 2nd router I use for guest login. Though the ap in the esp config file is correct. I have rename the ssid on my second router to something else; however, do not see fall back AP on the phone.
Ok. I finally figured out the issue. I have too many things plugged in to the device and apparently there isn’t enough power for a cold boot. Once it is power on, I remove one of the power jumper and all works.
