ESPAltherma and Home Assistant nice system picture

Dears, how to add those nice pictures that other have for ESPAltherma where picture of whole system is visible with temperatures on strategic places?
I am curious is it some default picture in ESPAltherma integration or you need to add your own picture somehow in code?
For example, this picture:

Sorry to disappoint as I don’t know the answer, but I want to know too. I assumed it was going to be very easy and on the ESPAltherma page. I am surprised no one replied. I will ask on Mastodon.
