ESPHome and UART 7N1

Hi all,

Is there anyone that can answer me if there is a way to use parity 7N1 instead of the default 8N1, when using the UART bus? https://esphome.io/components/uart.html

Unless support has been added recently I don’t believe so. I can look through the source code tonight and verify.
