ESPHome API failing after HASS 0.113

ESPHome API seems to be not working since the upgrade to HASS 0.113

Logging is showing no traffic.

Resolved. After 2 reboots and a restart it has settled down.

What did you reboot and what did you restart?

Restarted the Pi - then eventually did a Home Assistant restart after the second boot.
