I’ve been using this EWeLink WiFi relay board to control a contactor (water heater) being that it has a micro usb jack can I easily load esphome onto this board? I’m brand new to Esphome, I’ve only flashed 2 D1 mini’s used for temperature sensors.

It looks like a pretty simple configuration, one button, one relay, one led.
Doesn’t look like you can flash via esp, the blakadder page lists the GPIOs and also it doesn’t look like the usb is connected to a serial chip like a CP2102. If you plug it into a linux computer via a usb cable that has data lines (not just power) then it wil ltell you if there is a serial chip, but it looks like you will have to use the connections as shown on blakadder.

I just want to mention, in the US, paralleling wires instead of using the appropriate gauge wire is almost always not allowed. You should really check to see if this is one of the special exceptions to the NEC as it could be a pretty serious fire risk.
I didn’t look closely at the wiring…
