ESPHome Designer v0.8.0 is now available! :rocket:
I’ve spent a lot of time squashing bugs to make this release as stable as possible. It’s still a work in progress, but I hope it makes designing your displays a little easier.

Thank you a lot for this wonderful editor, that is really what I, and probably a lot of others, was waiting for.

I’m allready testing and experimenting with it.
I have problems with adding a picture as background on the page. (mapping values are not allowed here → - img:)
Where is it the best place for you to talk about this?

Thank you for the kind words. The next version does not need to be installed on HA at all, it can be deployed like thi ESPHome Designer · YAML Snippet Editor and you can just enter the HA API key to have access to all your sensors, so that is definitly next for the project :slight_smile:
Best way to talk about your issue is with a ticket on the projects Github, I check them almost every day.

I’m a newbie with LVGL and I have just a single question.
I would like to build a main page with some buttons (I don’t know if the term is right) to open another page with specific entity display or entity to manage.

What kind of widget should I use to have it with an icon and some text and how to manage the click?

I’m trying to use it with a slider to control a light entity, but I can’t see any of them.
I can see switch entities, but no light one.

Nice add on! Am trying to create navigation between pages, but am a bit in the dark on how to achieve this. How would I do this?

Can you please tell me if it supports partial reload?
