What hardware are you trying to run this on?
I have esp32 a1s that is working almost perfectly, just a stutter on startup but fine after that. This is being looked into. See discord for the discussion.
I also have 7 esp32 n16r8 with max98357 that work faultlessly. The are only mono though.
