mmmmmmmmmm

thanks

its a esphome problem

just put tasmota on it and it work

Tried to install Tasmota on this device to resolve issue as suggested and the same styles of problems. Very unreliable hardware appears to be the cause. I was originally expecting that if Tasmota works then it is code not hardware but found that as soon as you start to fill memory with larger programs, the crashes start to occur with disconnects and system hanging. Message from all this, is that you should purchased only the shielded units. Not sure that the cheaper units should even be allowed to be sold in Australia. ACMA have strict rules about RF interference. Would not expect these devices to pass.
