ESPhome show or download running config

I have a Shelly 1 that was running Tasmota. I created a new ESPhome bin file and uploaded. All went well. Then I edited the yaml, but removed the password for the API. I now can’t connect to the device or upload the code, as it asks for the API password.

How do I get the code running on the device back? If I click the Show API Key menu item, it won’t retrieve.

No you can’t get it back. But you can flash via serial.
