Thanks to @glmnet for the new editor for ESPHome - it’s a great improvement over the old basic text editor.
One question though, is there any way to change the default tab spacing? I prefer 2 spaces and the default is for 4.

Yeah, i noticed that, too. It’s pretty frustrating, since tab is many times useless now and we must use multiple spaces instead.
Also: tips should be appearing a bit later than they do now. They interfere with lines above.
Probably my fault but it is possible that with the new editor I can‘t paste text from an external text program to the Esphome editor? On the right mouse button there is no ‚paste‘ anymore.

It’s not just you, no Paste option for me either. Ctrl-V (Command-V on Mac) still works though so all good.
Thank you Daryl. Ctrl-V works also for me in Windows. Long time ago that I used this shortcuts.
