I want to control a Valve with EspHome. It is an NO valve that should allways return to Open when enything goes wrong. The valve will return to Open when power connection is lost. But when anything goes wrong with HA there is a possibility it stays open. So i want to trigger a timer every 10 seconds or so that resets the EspHome Timer. If no reset signal is read, then the valve will close after 12 seconds or so.
Is this possible with ESPHome?
