I recently stumbled upon a nice project, ESPMetric. Basically it uses an NodeMCU board and a neopixel matrix to build a LaMetric type display. Before ordering the parts, I wanted to know If anybody managed to build such device and has it implemented in HA. Should be fairly easy to use with MQTT JSON, or am I wrong?
I don’t understand alot of french and only had a quick look at the github code and doesn’t look like MQTT is supported, you will need to add the configuration code to it.
