Is there any all in one espresso makers like Jura or Saeco or Chefman or something that can be integrated: managed by HA. Nothing that requires building custom hardware to make it work. Something about taking a product that costs thousands potentially and modifying it bothers me. Even if a service port being ina kitchen and not wanting to get water on it and who knows what.

You’re barking at the wrong tree here… Talk to the manufacturers of the machines. They are responsible for all things that are built-in. And if you don’t want to do any “aftermarket” solutions, than frankly you’re stuck with whatever the manufacturers offer… 
So not sure if you know the answer but I’ll take a nice view of your response and say that you are assuming none of the existing manufacturers make products that can integrate into HA in this space.
