I’m looking for something inexpensive that I can use to switch a couple 120V appliances (less than 5A loads). Ethernet is a must, no wifi or wireless.
I found this which is perfect except I couldn’t find any homeassistant support mentioned anywhere:
Anyone know if there’s something similar out there or if this would be easier than I think to integrate?

Any of the boards supported by esphome Ethernet Component — ESPHome with 2 relays.

Thanks, nothing off-the-shelf though?
Sure, for example I found this after 10 seconds search

Off the shelf would mean the firmware is preloaded, no assembly and development work required.
Maybe I should have said “plug and play”
This thing is ready to go. Just use the micro usb and install your esphome configuration (which includes your network settings etc.).
Olimex also offers housings for most of their boards.
