Eufy Camera Person Detection

Hello,

I use my eufy camera with the “Eufy Security” integration. The person recognition does not work for me, in the Eufy mobile app the clip is displayed and it also says person recognized, in the eufy security app in homeassistant I do not see a person name, although my eufy supports this.

Does anyone have any advice?
