After years of contemplating starting home assistant I finally bought a home assistant green last week. I knew I would run into some issues as I unfortunately am not the most tech savvy person on the block.
I've been having problems connecting my eufy securtiy (camera's, door sensors ect) to home assistant.
I've been following this video:
Around 10:00 he has a prompt that says Success! Unfortunately I do not see that prompt. I've tried this of course numerous times and the first time I remember being prompted for the authentication, I filled the code in and I expected everything to work but I never got that prompt with my devices.
I've been on it for a few days now and I've deleted the integration a few times already and tried doing it again but now I do not recieve a prompt in home assistant for the authentication. When i restart the 'eufy-security-ws' app (add on?) I recieve an email for the authentication but I do not know what to do with it in home assistant.
I've searched many forum topics and this matter but yet to find someone with the problem I have..
As I am still quite new to HA I am also unsure where I can find the yaml info needed to make this problem solving quicker.
