I was hoping my Designheat 2000 could use the Tuya climate as well, but alas:
[18:16:28][C][tuya:041]: Tuya:
[18:16:28][C][tuya:044]: Initialization failed. Current init_state: 0
[18:16:28][C][tuya:049]: If no further output is received, confirm that this is a supported Tuya device.

[18:16:39][E][tuya:464]: Initialization failed at init_state 0
[18:16:54][E][tuya:464]: Initialization failed at init_state 0
I also get this output from my recently flashed ESP8266 chip…so does this technically mean we cannot use UART? I am trying to use the climate.tuya platform:

Can you please help me on how you have deleted the very loud beep?
I just bought the same heater (Eurom Sani-Wall-Heat 2000 Wifi) and I’m, like you, very annoyed by it.
