Europe 700/800 Dimmer

Hi guys, anyone found any newer dimmers that work well on EU frequency? I am just about to update a friends home - I use Fibaro dimmers and they have been bullet proof but everything else I have now is 700/800.

I did try the vesternet dimmer and switches but ended up throwing them out and going back to Fibaro and shelly wave.
