Eurotronic Spirit Zwave Plus loses Connection

Hi All,
unfortunately, my Z-Wave radiator thermostat spirit Spirit loses the connection from time to time. Then it can no longer be operated via the home assistant. If the temperature is set manually on the thermostat, it can be operated again in the home assistant after a short time. The time span ranges from one to two hours up to 12 hours. This also happens when I put in new batteries. I switched from Vera to home assistant, but unfortunately the thermostats already had this problem in Vera. I thought switching to home assistant could solve this. I hope you have an idea how I can solve this problem.

I have no advice, I was always getting issues with these, and could never work out why. They were the only z wave devices I had, and used them on hubitat and home assistant with similar issues. I also got issues with battery reporting which lead me to think one was okay and it was not.
In the end I ditched them for wiser system. I know its not what you want to hear, just my experience
