EV wall charger that supports Home Assistant - Adjust wattage

Hello, I have to thank you every day, using your integration.

I made the update you made a few day ago (line 373…)

But this morning, my integration is not running at all…

Same for you?

thank you!

Came back alone!

What 3phase 11kW minimum would you recommend in 2024? I did not find that version of Duosida…

I’m doing this too, for about 3.5 years. Still everything works fine.

Using a rated up to 3680W zigbee-smartplug for it.

Charger can be configured to 8A/10A/13A/16A but with a button. It usually is setup for 13A.

To make sure there is a minimum ‘charge time’, my rules to start/stop are related to the home-battery (I have one attached to the inverter) - e.g. start the charger at 80% SoC of the house, and stop below 65% of house SoC. Any cloud/short term rise of fall of solar production is ‘smoothed’ via the home-battery. If I have way more solar than the charger takes, the house SoC goes up too.

I do have alternative rules for winter, as the house SoC would never reach high enough. In that case, I prefer to monitor “grid usage” to disable when the house is consuming a lot (e.g. we are cooking).
