Not sure if there is a fix to this, but I have some Eve Energy Plugs, they were working great over thread & matter, and HA was properly pulling energy consumption data until I recently updated the Matter Server Add-on. Now it is not updating the power consumption readings at all. Anyone else in the same boat? Anything I can do to have it go back to updating energy consumption data?
Okay, easy fix was to downgrade back to matter server 6.1.1. Everything is back to working now - will flag with those folks.

Maybe it was not really the downgrade which fixed this but just by the restart which the downgrade caused. 
Yeah, I downgraded, then reupgraded and the issue went away? Maybe something screwed up during the upgrade. Ah well, all fixed now.
