Eve Thread devices missing after update?

Hi All,

I just updated from 2023.4.2 → 2023.4.3-> 2023.4.4

My Thread Eve devices (a Motion & a Smartblinds) have now disappeared.

  1. Anyone else seen this?

2: How do I debug this?
The Eve devises is still listed in HomeKit Controller, but offline:

I would assume they are Thread-connected via my AppleTV box(as that is the only other Thread border router listed), and that is online and working fine.

I’m running HA on a RaspberryPI 4, with a Sonoff Zigbee USB dongle.

Any input greatly welcomed… :grinning:

With the upgrade to 2023.4.4 all of my Aquara temperature/humidity sensors stopped working (other Zigbee devices kept working, though). Downgrading to 2023.4.3 solved this for me for the moment.

Ok!
And if I run it on a Raspberry PI, is it the ‘partial restore’ that I need to do?
I’m all new to this… :grinning:

No worries :slight_smile:

If you have the “Terminal & SSH” add-on installed you can use the following command:

ha core update --version=2023.4.3

(might be possible to run this command after SSH’ing into the PI - not sure though, I’m not running HA on the PI)

Hmm, now I’ve restored back to 2023.4.2, and there is still no connection to the Eve Thread devices…

Anyone have some debug ideas/tools?

After updating to 2023.4.5 and Home Assistant OS 10.0, both Eve devices came back online (by magic?).
