Ever since my HA URL changed from http to https "Add Integration" buttons don't work anymore

This was caused by me setting up a remote access URL via forwarding a router port.

The redirect-page you see when clicking “Add Integration” still shows the old URL under Your instance URL: http://homeassistant.local:8123 so I think that must be the issue.

How do I fix this?

Due to my dark mode extension’s configuration I first couldn’t see there’s an edit-button on the my.home-assistant.io page:

I used it to enter the new URL and now everything works fine again.
