I could not find a general topic here presenting the Everything Presence Lite – Everything Smart Technology. I could also not find a contact form or anything regarding technical support next to Troubleshooting | Everything Presence Lite.
One thing: I was told the device might have issues once the internet connection is not available (so it doesn’t work anymore, which seems strange as it should work fully local, shouldn’t it?), but could not check this on my own yet.
Is this a known thing? How to contact the Everything Presence team?
