Looking at How SONOFF Works with Home Assistant - SONOFF Official, I added the repository for eWeLink, but even after doing this, I still can’t find the eWeLink plugin. I’ve added the plug to the eWeLink App on my mobile.
Any ideas?

Restart HA after you add ANY new integration. It has to be loaded and installed to be seen.
