Experience with Danfoss Ally

I am planning on adding more smart radiatorvalves/thermostats to my setup. Currently I have two zwave Danfoss Living thermostats, but my experience with zwave is that it is slow, so I do not want to expand it.
I am therefore looking at other options, preferrably zigbee operated.

As far as I can see, Danfoss recently introduced their Danfoss Ally line. They seem to be zigbee devides, and their homepage states that they require a Danfoss bridge, or a 3rd party zigbee bridge.

Given that I already have Deconz and a Philips Hue bridge, I hope that I can just add them there. But before I invest in these thermostats, I would like to hear if anyone have experience getting them working in Homeassistant? Can I expect them to work with my current setup, or would I require the Danfoss bridge? And will that even be supported in Homeassistant?

I have tested Danfoss Ally with Conbee2 and Deconz on windows and it works perfect

Please explain? How did you do?

I have a Danfoss Ally paired succesfully up with Deconz/Conbee but I cant figure out how to use it in HA.

I installed this addon, gave me some options about connecting node-red to the deconz

If you aren’t using node-red this won’t help much :frowning:

Danfoss Ally can now be added as sensor in deCONZ/Phoscon @SuneRadich you should mark this post as solution

danfoss ally on conbee 2 (rpi3+) makes my zigbee network available every 1 hour — what could be wrong?
