Experience with onlineshop itead.cc

I order some products from Sonoff on the website itead.cc on December 31 and its still in the status “processing”. Shouldn’t it switch to status “in delivery” or s.th. similar after a while? Has anybody experience with the delivery time…
(also i cannot open/download my invoice as pdf not sure if this is a bug on the website or indicates a misbehaviour with my order…)

I’ve never had a problem. Delivery from China to Australia is usually about a month.

Sounds like the item is out of stock.

Okay, thanks for the fast reply! Hope they will reply to my mail soon - but after your feedback I am less concerned about a fake online shop :wink:
