External temperature, luminosity and humidity

Hi all, this is my first post.
I have a Raspberry with HA installed.
I would like to measure external temperature, and possibly luminosity and humidity.
I found several temperature sensor (DHT22) but all for internal use.
Have you ever found some “box” with all sensor packed for external use?
