Hi guys, i am struggling with an EZVIZ C6N camera, I have tried every addon and integration that are relevant, every workaround found on the forums or anywhere else, i have experimented left and right but I just cant get the camera feed to show in the dashboard.
I can get the rtsp link working in VLC but nothing I do changes the outcome in home assist, i generally either have a window showing a blank screen with the state “recording” or a grey screen with state: “idle”.
I have tried different cards, I have tried using yaml when creating the card, i have changed the settings in the EZVIZ app countless times to try different configurations.
I really dont know what else to do at this point, and i am running out of time. There must be a way to make this work and i dont want to have to buy another IP cam in the hopes it doesnt have issues.
