Hi,
I am trying to configure the Ezviz integration with my 4 cameras.
It worked for 3 of those but I have issues with the model BC1C.
It appears in the list of cameras to be configured in Home Assistant, but there is no way I can complete the configuration.
I made a few tests with VLC but apparently, there is no port 554 available.
The only way to access it is using port 8000
Can someone help please?
Same issue verification code doesn’t work for thismodel. Works fine with a C3A
Same problem with my BC1C…
Ezviz C3A works
Steps:
- Turn off encryption in Ezviz App
- Turn off Auto Sleep option in Ezviz App
Rtsp URL should be like this
rtsp://admin:[email protected]/h_264
Or
rtsp://admin:[email protected]/h264_stream
(One should work, test in VLC player first as url stream)
Note: Fully charged battery in rtsp mode will last about 8 hours, so its better to power camera with usb adapter.
Default port for rstp streams is 554, no need to be entered
Hi, I’ve got the same problem with the BC1C. Fimrware 5.3.3 build 211102. Tried @dimadusk steps with no luck… Also tried to update to latest 5.3.3 build 220517 with no more luck…
If anyone find a solution please share, or I will have to send back the device
Bc1b or whatever, doesnt have rtsp support, c3a does support rtsp, check ispy rtsp url if your camera isnt there, dont buy it
From firmware 230113 rtsp no more work
Hey guys, I faced the same issue with my EZVIZ C3W and it seems with the latest firmware update 230113 the RTSP port was disabled. After some Google Foo I have found this article → https://www.effe1.info/come-abilitare-modalita-avanzata-ezviz-studio/ which worked for me. It seems accessing the “advanced function” through the EZVIZ PC Studio software is enabling the RTSP port again.
Its enough to install ezviz pc studio and activate the advanced features. Than open ezviz pc studio to network settings and close. The rtsp return to working
Thanks, its works for my C1C.
From the EZVIZ app, touch top left profile icon→ Settings→ LAN live view→ Start scan→ select IP cam→ top right gear icon→ Local service settings→ enable RTSP. I have the app in Italian, sorry if my translation is not correct, it works for me
Any luck in making the Ezviz BC1C Camera Integration works ?
Hello does someone succeed with a EZVIZ CB8 2K camera to have video on HA ?
this guide doesn’t work anymore I’ve 2 bc1c and I cannot use it with HA
Same here: Bc1c, CB8 and HK8 won’t connect to hass.
Is there anybody here to hack and build custom firmware for these cameras?
