Purchased an HA Green when they came out. Think I tried setting up via mobile app, but have since moved and now I cannot login. I guess i cannot remember my username or password or both.
How can I perform a factory reset?

I just had same Locked out at my very first Setup. Did you get solution to it?
I had the same problem. If you hold down the little button on the back then power it on. you can reset it to factory default.
You need to hold down the button until the LED on the front turns yellow.

Doesnt work, led turns solid yellow when holding the button, but after releasing it, it just starts up normally.
I can see this as I had duckdns integration enabled and it will update the IP on the duckdns website after starting up.
Edit: After shutting down the HA green from the UI (something I couldnt do from the start as I couldnt access it) and doing the same procedure again, it actually managed to reset itself.
Not sure if you absolutely must shut it down normally (and not just unplug it) to be able to factory reset it.
