I installed HA Green at my old house to test its functionality, and I was very happy with it. I recently bought a new house and when I plugged in the HA there the functions for my old house are still loading and are working as well.
I have deleted the server in the settings and reset the box (holding the button until a solid yellow light), but I can’t seem to completely erase all the data from the account.
How can I make the HA Green “out of the box, new” again??
Nothing on the NabuCasa website? Support pages? I do note a lot of people (unadvisedly) nuke their green as a first step in problem resolution.
You should get used to going there first for support for your green - they know it intimately and will have the most up to date information.
On your existing green, what is to stop you from just updating your home location and just keep on using it? After all, you have put a lot of effort into setting it up to work the way you want it to.
I have updated to the new home but it also loads in the old homes devices. I am selling the old house so there is no need to control anything any longer (which I can still do).
